Move beyond the design of your firm’s quality management (QM) system and focus on what matters most—whether it works in practice and meets your firm’s needs. Bridge the gap between written policies and day-to-day execution by exploring how responses to risk should operate in practice and
how monitoring and inspection plans help support leadership’s required annual conclusion on system effectiveness. Also, examine how peer reviewers are evaluating QM and review common issues andobservations emerging from firms’ implementation efforts
