FAQ
Certificates of completion for ICPAS events can be found in the “CPE Tracker”. 
Questions regarding continuing education hours may be sent educationsupport@icpas.org. In addition, the CPE Requirements for Licensing can be found here on the ICPAS website.
Locate the event you would like to attend in the ICPAS Catalog. Click “Add to Cart” and check out when ready. Once you’re registered, the event will appear in the “My Learning” section.

All events you have registered for can be found under "My Learning". Click on the name of the event and click “Join Meeting”. 
Locate the event in the "My Learning” section. Click on the title of the event and then click on the Access button in the Course Materials section. If there is no Access button, this means the speaker did not share their presentation or did not give permission for the materials to be shared.

Refunds

No refunds will be given for program registrations unless the Illinois CPA Society cancels or reschedules the program.

Registrant Cancellation

If a registrant notifies the Illinois CPA Society of their cancellation from a program at least 24 hours prior to the program date, the registrant may transfer the fees to another program as long as the new program will take place within 12 months of the registrant's cancellation date. A registrant may substitute another person for their registration until the morning of the program.

Notification of registrant cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the program date will result in the forfeiture of the registration fees.
