Drawn from our Level 5 curriculum, this 2-hour mini-course challenges participants to rethink their leadership style, enhance team performance, and navigate workplace dynamics with confidence.

This 2-hour mini course highlights leadership skills and situations that are common for managers. Participants will be encouraged to examine and challenge their beliefs and approaches to managing and leading people.

DESIGNED FOR
Experienced managers and senior managers in audit, tax, consulting, and accounting services. Also relevant for Directors, Sole Practitioners, and firm leaders looking to strengthen their leadership skills.
