Attendees need at least 2 Mbps upload and download; 10 Mbps is recommended for sharing audio, video, or presentations. Use compatible headphones, microphones, and webcams as needed.<br /><br />If you can’t enter an event or see a “Connection Can’t Be Established” message, check your internet connection, update or switch to Chrome or Firefox, try another device or a wired connection, and check whether a firewall or browser extension is blocking access. For choppy connections, close other tabs and programs, move closer to the router, switch networks, restart your browser, computer, or router, and disable VPNs or problematic extensions.<br /><br />If you can’t hear presenters, accept the audio prompt, check your device volume and audio equipment, then refresh the page or restart your browser or computer. Phone dial-in may also be available. If presenter videos don’t load, refresh or use an incognito window and check your connection speed and firewall settings.<br /><br />For ongoing technical problems, contact the event host or support@bigmarker.com.<br /><br />To earn full CPE credit, respond to at least 75% of the random tracking questions shown during each session.
