Pdf Summary
This document is a troubleshooting guide for BigMarker virtual event attendees. It explains the system requirements needed to join successfully, including using an updated supported browser, having at least 2 Mbps download/upload speed for attendance, 10 Mbps for sharing media, allowing traffic through ports 80 and 443, and using supported operating systems and compatible hardware like a headset, webcam, and microphone.

It then addresses common problems and solutions:
- If you cannot enter the event, update your browser, disable firewalls that may block access, and contact the event host or support@bigmarker.com if needed.
- For “Connection Can’t Be Established,” check internet speed, use Chrome or Firefox, try Ethernet instead of Wi‑Fi, test another device, disable extensions that block WebRTC, and review firewall settings.
- For slow or choppy connections, move closer to the router, close other apps/tabs, switch networks, restart devices, disable VPNs or browser extensions, switch browsers or devices, and contact your internet provider if issues continue.
- If there is no sound, accept the audio stream, check volume and speaker/headphone settings, refresh or restart the browser/computer, or dial in by phone using the provided number and access code.
- If presenter videos do not appear, refresh the browser, try incognito mode, confirm audio is on, check internet speed, and disable firewall restrictions.

Finally, it explains CPE credit tracking: attendees must respond to at least 75% of automated tracking questions to receive full credit. If there are issues with CPE questions or submissions, attendees should email EducationSupport@icpas.org. The CPE survey will be sent within 48 hours after the event.
