Pdf Summary
The guide explains BigMarker’s system requirements and how to resolve common event issues. Use an up-to-date supported browser, operating system, and compatible audio/video hardware. Attendees need at least 2 Mbps upload and download; 10 Mbps is recommended for sharing a microphone, webcam, desktop, or presentation. A wired connection is more reliable, and firewalls should allow traffic over TCP ports 80 and 443.

For access or connection errors, check your internet connection, try Chrome or Firefox, connect by Ethernet, test another device, disable browser extensions that may block WebRTC, and check for firewall restrictions. To improve slow or choppy connections, close unused tabs and programs, move closer to the router or switch networks, restart your browser, computer, or router, and disable a VPN if possible. Contact your internet provider or BigMarker support if problems continue.

If you can’t hear presenters, accept the audio stream, check device volume and audio equipment, refresh the page, try an incognito window, or restart your computer. Phone dial-in is also available. If presenter videos don’t load, refresh or open an incognito window, check your internet speed, and review firewall settings.

To earn full CPE credit, respond to at least 75% of the automated tracking questions that appear during sessions. Eligible attendees will receive a CPE survey by email within 48 hours; certificates are issued after the survey is completed and processed. Contact ICPAS Education Support for CPE tracking issues.
